Eviction of tenant

 I rented out portion of my house in bangalore to a businessmen and executed lease agreement on 30/03/2016. Tenants are making nuisence. I served written  notice to vacate the premises on or before 28/02/2017(expiry date of agreement) by registered post of acknowledgement on 17/12/2016 and it was delivered on 20/12/2016. I have not mentioned any ground for vacating premises. I simply stated in the notice that "either party can give one month prior notice as per clause in agreement, hence call upon to vacate the premises before 28/02/2017".
If tenant will not vacate even after end of notice/agreement, is it good ground to evict him in the court? Please clarify.

Your Notice is bad as per Section 106 of Transfer of property Act, 1882. You have send another afresh notice with grounds for eviction as well as determination of Lease Deed (if you send notice earlier) maintaining the statutory period. You can also add mesne profit Rs.1000 per diem
