I got offer letter on Nov-11-2016 with joining as Nov-14-2016 at Chennai location(I am based out of banglore). As per the joining instructions I have joined .But because of the personal reasons I have informed to my manager and emailed to - HR on Nov-16-2016 that I am not going to continue with organization.On NOV 30 2016 I received the email on my absence as Unauthorized Absence from work, which is not true as I already emailed dated Nov-16-2016 and informed to my manager and HR on my separation  . I have replied to the same email(Unauthorized Absence) with the screen shot of my previous responses and also requested for the process to be followed to have a  smooth exit dated Dec-02-2016, unfortunately I have not received the response On JAN 17 2017 i got an email for settling the full and final settlement failing which they will take a legal actions.
 I spent one and half day and I did not have system access to raise the resignation so I posted my decision to manager  and HR and left the organization. I was responding to all the email communications and also keeping everyone informed on my resignation but all my communications is failing to get response .
Now they are responding as "Your F&F is worked out based on the terms and conditions of the offer letter duly signed by you.
Please settle dues which is 141000INR. else they will take legal actions.
The company notice period is 3 months.I am not expecting the service letter from them.

Please help me on what should i do.
shall i wait till i get the leagal notice from them ignore all the emails that they send :'( :'( :'(?

Since you have already got a notice and you are likely to get a legal notice sooner or later, it is better to prepare your case from now on.

It is an admitted position that you have not served the notice period. Hence, there is a demand from the company, right? At this stage, start taking legal helps and try to find out any discrepancies in the action of the company, if any and if such discrepancies are found, you can use that to your advantage in order to minimize their demand.

Remaining idle won't help much.
