cheque fraud case
« on: April 16, 2017, 08:26:10 AM »
Respected sirs,
in a criminal nationalized  bank case (IPC 420,467,468,471) police submitted FR/CR.Government agency said that disputed cheque have been written/filled by more than one person.bank unable to give writing of all disputed person to police/government agency.
now my query is:
1-- Is there any law for imprisionment for 20%-30% proved offence/guilty in crpc/ipc?
2--when disputed cheque written by two person then who is accused when there is no proof of second person.
3--provide any earlier disputed case/law/order.

thanx
