Hi

My great grand father had purchased a agriculture land from a party(B) in late 1963s ,
but what he did wrong is he has registered less land than he purchased or enjoying.
eg. he is enjoying 50 cents of land, but registered only 15 cents,
since 1963s that 50 cents property is enjoyed(agricultural) by our family(my great grand father, my grant father, my father and now me, four generation).
Now the issue is with the party(B)'s grand son came up with documents saying his family sold only 15 cents, other land he saying he can sell to a new party.
is our propoerty in trouble, i dont have the full rights on 50 cents to agriculture/construct house/sell?
what the other party saying is legal ?

please help.

It is mistake on the part of your predecessor in interest. Now you have only option to defend it either by showing money receipt where it is shown that money was paid for 50th cents of land or defend with law of adverse possession.
