selling a house to get away from abusive family
« on: May 05, 2017, 08:26:35 PM »
Good Morning to all respected lawyers.

My name is Swati. My sister, mother and I live in the same house owned by my father who died 5 years ago, they are both abusive make my life difficult I really want to move away from them so I wish to know whether  the house can be sold and divided in three ways even though they both do not want to sell and tell me to get out of the house. Can I get my share and leave the abuse and can live a peaceful life. Can court order all that if I file a case.

Thank you for your valuable time.

you can offer them to purchase your share at best marketable rate otherwise You can file a partition suit against them. Remember... partition suit is a time consuming case
