Harrasment from my Wife and in laws and Divorce process
« on: June 28, 2017, 03:14:34 AM »
hi Team,
I am married to Pushpa 4 years back and having a 3 year daughter as well
I would like to proceed for Divorce from this lady due to the following reasons

1) Too much of interference by my Inlaws in my Family matters
Especially Sister in law who is also fighting a Divorce case with False allegations against her Groom

2) Too much of Harrasment /insults /Domination by my Wife everyday in day to day matters ,She wants to take the Decisions of my Family with the Remote control of her Sister and her Elder Brother etc

3) She is too much arrogant and Quick short tempered with all the Tantrums to  make me Apologise for silliest of the Reasons as well

4) I am at the receiving side from this Lady's arrogance and harassment since last 4 years ,She was earlier working with NGO at Bihar which caters to ladies harassment etc ,and she has mastered the Art of making False allegations on me and she will do every thing to Threaten me every day that She will walk away from my Premises taking my innocent daughter with her

5) Since she doesn't have any means of leaving hence I am very much worried and quite disturbed because of arrogant and harassing nature that I am asking for Legal Custody of my Daughter and would like to seek Legal separtation from this harassing lady

6) every year she wants to celebrate Birthday of my Daughter at the cost of Rs .10000/- from my hard earned money and all my inlaws make it a point to be available in my premises against my wishes ,She doesn't have courtesty to inform my old father to come and join the Birthday party

7) Always every Saturday and sunday wheneve I have holiday ,She abuses me and my parents with choises of words which I have never heard before

I sincearly seek Divorce from this harassment personified lady

thanks sir
Best regards

whatever you stated here you have to find a solution for your self, you have to decide what to do.

a lawyer will help you achieve your goal thats his job, but decision has to be yours, a lawyer will not take decisions on your behalf.
