Hi
I have booked a simplex bunglow on vast vihar on siliguri on April 2012.
I got the land registered in my name and a construction deed which claims that I would be handed my house by december 2015.
If I am not handed over by this time I will be paid 1% interest on the paid amount.
Now till august 2017 my house is not handed to me on top of that they want gst of 12% on outstanding amount which I have to pay on handing over the house to me leave the interest they should pay.
Please help me what should I do...

You have a very good Consumer Case and you can file before State Commission, WB...Probably new circuit bench of State Commission will be open soon at Siliguri. If not, then you can contact me at State Commission, WB and file your complaint case.

Further you have few months left to file complaint case. As per Consumer Protection Act one person should file a case within 2 years from the date of cause of action and in your case cause of action starts from December 2015. It is right time to be serious.
