Hi, I have an eticket issued by an airline which is linked to a TermsAndConditions page for its terms. But this page clearly states "the information on this page is not gauranteed to be accurate"
1.Does'nt this make the ticket have no effective terms?
2.An expert in an internet forum googled to find another  page called "Citizen Charter" and claims this would be in effect instead. Is this valid? Are consumers even required to google for terms?
3.My understanding is that the terms in effect when the sale was made -which is what the ticket is linked to-are the only terms that can be in effect for that ticket. Using any other page for tems would invalidate the terms under which the ticket was purchased. The DGCA also mentions this in passing in another context -it says when denied boarding/cancellation/delay passengers must be informed of their rights that they were given at the time of booking.
4.My understanding is that the ticket and its terms are actually a single document legally. It would be the same as taking the ticket and information in the terms page and creating a pdf out of it. So this cannot be altered -this is what the airline sold.
Please clarify

google is simply stating it has no responsibility of the websites contents and services that features in its search engine.
