Employee harassment under bonded labour

My company had took 75 k for sap training 5k from salary and 25k advance  and 2 years bond during which I will be paid after 3 months of training. I got trained only 1 month and they didn't pay me for 4 months. They sent me to a client project where they promised allowance and travel expense they didn't pay it after leaving the client project they didn't give me pay when I was in bench they said  they will be paying during my bench period as well. I have no pf no salary account or offer letter given by company which was promised by them when im in project they will be giving me. It a year now out of which 3 months I was bed ridden and no pay for remaining months except for 2 months. Now they expect me to go to another client but won't pay me till then and they are paying other employees who are in bench and paying travel allowance.
Need help to retrieve my marks card and salary. They deduct 5k from salary as training cost which I never got. They gave stipend for others during training this is discrimination.
They have  deducted 500rs  as professional tax for two months pay that I got where as others are not getting deducted. Also they are not providing salary slips even if asked for it.
I want to legal send notice to them. Help me with this.
According to bond rules I have to pay 3 months salary to break the bond. In not paid then why should I pay breakage fees.
