Honourable High Court's Verdict not complied with
« on: January 29, 2018, 10:43:58 PM »
I got a verdict from honourable Gauhati High court, quashing my dismissal order and ordering my employer bank to reinstate me.The verdict came on 16 th Nov 2017. After that, I sent my representation along with certified copy of the verdict to bank which they received on 30th Dec 2017. But till now, nothing has been heard from my bank. Please advise what to do. Regards.

Dear Sir,

Please file a contempt petition for non compliance of the Order. Order passed in the writ, you may file contempt petition, rather than filing execution.

Dear Sir,

Congratulations, you have to get issue a legal notice to your employer with a request to reinstate you as per Court orders. Secondly you must file a Caveat Petition in the possible Higher Court  so that no ex-parte orders are passed in favour of your employer if he prefers appeal against the said order. You may send your judgment copy for preparing legal notice.
