Dear Sir,
If it is ancestral property of your father-in-law and then wife is entitle for your equal share. You have to approach Civil Court by filing a suit for partition and take interim injunction upon your father-in-law not to alienate any of the properties. Your other questions are answered below:

•   My wife's parent written a uil document for their two sons only
Ans: You cannot challenge Will during the life time of your father-in-law but it can be indirectly challenged by filing partition suit.
•     How to break the above said uil and claim property or rights for my wife.
Ans: You may seek interim injunction upon your father-in-law not to execute any document during the pendency of suit.
•     What are all the documents are required to proceed further with court for leagal dispute?
Ans: All property documents, legal heir ship certificate etc., are required.
•     How many months it take to get the rights?
Ans: Mostly it may be disposed within 12 to 18 months depending upon efforts put up by your advocate.
•     whether we will seal the house they are living through court till leagal rights will come?
Ans: You may pray for interim injunction to stay in the same house in a portion of it or other necessary relief.
