Hi,

I was terminated due to a heated conversation with my manager, as I called him out on wrong behaviour and the lies he was spreading, I was asked to part amicably and was notified to not come to office the next day. There is no mention of notice period in my offer letter, and they also haven't provided any appointment letter. I was under probation, and was mentally harassed, having worked beyond office hours sometime and faced bullying there.

Please guide me.
