Wife Threatning my Mother And my son
« on: November 16, 2018, 02:44:53 AM »
Dear All

In the month of May 2018 i had filled a Divorce case under mutual consent Section 13B. The folling terms and conditions where mention in the said petition'

1. She can meet her son once in a monh and that to wih prior permission of Petitioner 2 (Husband)
2. That the full and final payment shall be made on the second motion i.e Rs.50000/- (However out of court an other 50000/- was being paid as per demand)

My question to the above is that after three months of 1st motion my Ex Wife wants to take my son for 1 day without even taking my prior permission. Is this a offense able act or can she take him with out my consent.

Now after giving her money she is still demanding for more she is telling me that if you dont pay i shall sue me in court.

Kindly guide me at the earliest

first motion means the first step towards divorce has been filed, she is legally still your wife.
secondly she does not require any permission from anyone to meet with her son,

Your irrational behaviour will may finally result in your divorce by mutual consent being converted into a contested one.

then it will drag on for years.

You are lucky your wife is demanding just Rs 50,00/- what i don't understand why won't you pay that amount before the judge in the second motion . so that this amount paid is recorded in legal document, than in future she cannot deny it.
