Vibhuti Rao

A first-year law student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She believes in speaking up for what she truly believes in or writing a well-researched article on it. Persevering, compassionate, and academically polished, she never backs down from a good challenge and deadline. Her love to interact with people began in the capacity of her School Cultural Minister organizing several events. She was a sincere student throughout and secured 97% in the 12th ISC Board examinations. Has a keen interest in essay writing and debating and has won several laurels for her school for the same.

Has participated in Symbhav Judgement Competition, Pune 2021, World Scholar's Cup competition, Diplomathon conference and has been awarded the Silver and Bronze Standard for Duke of Edinburgh's Award for Young People.

She was chosen as a volunteer at Noblisse Oblige, Legal Aid Center, Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She is an Associate Editor at an esteem law journal named Syin and Sern Law Review. Has been an active member of the non-profit youth-led organization 'Pratiandhi' working to achieve awareness about family planning and safe methods of contraception among semi-rural families. Devotes her time on a voluntary basis at Weareyuvaa Foundation to help with Covid-19 related verified resources to reach patients in need in times of the pandemic.

Vibhuti has undertaken a certificate course on the following:

• Art of memorial drafting and skills of arguments in moot court,
• Child-friendly justice' and
• RTI and Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.

Vibhuti Rao is a strong advocate of human rights and has an interest in: Intellectual Property law and Cyber law among others. She believes in analyzing all angles of the law logically and building a story that's worth sharing.
