I am an undergraduate law student of Haldia Law College in West Bengal. At present, I am in 10th semester of BA.LLB course & want to pursue my career in IPR one day. I want to grow more in my law field especially in my interested area i.e., IPR. So, I decided to write articles on various topics which will lead to research & mature the ability to write more creatively. Writing stories, essays, articles have always been an area of interest for me.

It is my second article in an official website & thankful to Legal Service India who appreciated my article. The first article Why Intellectual Property Rights Protects Only Expression & Not The Idea, was published on the same website. It gave me a boost to write & carry on with writing more articles, & one day definitely a research paper. As I believe one who is ambitious & determined to set goals, no one can stop that person to achieve it.

& so am I. I am also doing quite well in my academic fields but I prefer more in the practical field in this profession. Still I have not been in any internship because I feel there is no practical field without any theoretical knowledge. I am now focused on gathering knowledge & knowing the base properly before jumping into the practical field. I have always had a positive & learning attitude because I believe that there is no end in gaining knowledge.

Going a little out of the box I am a nature lover & love to travel different places. I love to know about different colourful customs, culture, art of different places which pulls me more to visit different corners.

I am looking to achieve more in the future in my professional field but definitely I will include my article getting selected as another achievement because every achievement is stepping stones towards my aimed success. & I value each & every achievement in my life, may it be a trophy in painting or dance competition,
