Vikas Srivastava

Myself Vikas Srivastava and currently I'm pursuing my LLB from Manipal University Jaipur, it's my final semester and before this I had done bachelor's in commerce from SGL Bihani SD PG College. I had done many internships where I learnt a lot about the criminal law, how the courts works that is the procedural law, about our constitution, various types of writs.

High court of jaipur gave me an opportunity working with the senior most judges in national lok Adalat and the fast track courts here I learnt about the out court settlements also and my zoner where I like to work the most and enhance my skill is criminal law. I belongs to sriganganagar a small district of Rajasthan where I had done my secondary, higher secondary and graduation, I have a sibling who is currently doing MCA from Galgotia University and about my father he is the pa of the district judge in Sriganganagar itself and my mother is a house wife and both are my inspiration and support system as what I am today is because of my parents.

It's my last semester of LLB in Manipal University Jaipur and after this I want to be a judge and I'm focused to give the Rajasthan Judicial Services Exams As this is my personal opinion and that there is a lack of justice and as a youth this is our duty to correct this system and a golden opportunity as well.

Till now I'm not married and focused about my career that what to do the next and talking about my achievements according to me the life lessons that is different experience in life in law field are my achievements because no one can teach you better as much as what life, parents, teachers and friends teachs you. Finally I just want to say that Iive your life at the fullest but don't let side your goals be focused and never give up be yourself rest is temporary.
