Belong to a decent family having a background of an agricultural family. My father was a farmer But he continued his studies along with farming and later on got the job in a DUDA department in 1992, he is a very kind-hearted and honest man and always wanted to help the poor and needy people, stand for the justice, and against the unlawful activities. When I was born, I was the only girl child in the family and his only dream was to make me a successful woman, to be capable of helping needy people, and being kind-hearted. When I was in the 10th standard, I decided to pursue Law and my dream was to fight against injustice and maintain social equality in society, irrespective of caste and religion. As I was very enthusiastic and very vocal and inspired by Sir Kapil Sibal, so I became adamant to pursue law after my secondary education. From the advertisement in the newspaper, my father and I, harmoniously decided to have higher education from the University of Petroleum And Energy Studies, in 2016, I joined UPES and from there the journey of my legal education begins. In my 5th semester, I wrote my first paper on surrogacy, and from there onwards, it becomes my passion for analyzing any topic to its depth. In late 2018, I was having a seminar on women and children and this seminar triggered the topic on surrogacy in India and other states, at First I though to write the paper as a critical analysis of all the countries, but that would be very wide area then I came to conclusion to include India and other European states. This paper will majorly hover around the legal aspect of surrogacy in India and along with a comparative study on laws and perspectives of the European State. The research focuses on to depict the extension of liability of different types of parents or parties involved in the agreement, Surrogacy issues and controversies, Surrogacy: Ethical and Legal Issues, Insights into Issues: Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2016 and 2018.
