Sharvari Shinde

I am Sharvari Shinde an advocate specialising in civil law. I have pursued my graduation in Economics and thereafter I have completed my legal education from Mumbai. During my graduation in law, I developed liking for civil and property laws which I decided to pursue further and started working with a Solicitor in Mumbai as an article clerk. Upon graduation I commenced practising law in this firm. I appeared as in a number of Writs, civil cases and banking cases in the Bombay High Court and other civil courts located in Mumbai. I later moved to a UK based retail firm in Mumbai as their Senior Legal Associate where I was responsible for managing the corporate legal issues of the firm in UK and Spain regions. My scope of work involved drafting agreements, research on legal issues, contract negotiations and participating in mediation on behalf of the company. I also worked with the legal counterparts in UK on the litigation's of the Company.
