RHEA BANERJEE

My name is Rhea Banerjee. I am 5th year BA.LLB (Hons) student of Indore Institute of Law. Learning law has always taught me the value and strength of knowledge, as person knowing law cannot be easily fooled and will be considerably vigilant as compared to others. Some of my favourite law subjects which I am keen about are Contract law, Human Rights, Criminal Law, Environment law and many more. I have had good set of experiences in my law school while I participated in various personality enhancing activities like Parliamentary Debate, Model United Nations, Moot Court, Street Play and many more. I have even won Special Mention, Hon�ble Mention Bhopal MUN, HNLU IMUNC and even got the chance to Co-chair UNCSW in Legge Rhythms Diplomacy Summit. I even won the IV Intra Batch Parliamentary Debate in 2019 in my college which has given me insight regarding how policies are framed and spontaneity is a pre-requisite in the law fraternity. I have done a few internships in District Court, Vadodara to learn the proceedings of the Court along with the drafting of notices, plaints, agreements etc. Lately, I have been involved into Legal content writing and I have done around 4 virtual internships with regard to legal content writing which gives me better idea of the persisting legislations and keeps me updated about the amends that are taking place. Due to these content writing internships, I even got interested into writing articles on prominent issues and �Vanishing Coral Reefs- Need for Efficient Global Marine Legislation� is one of them. I have also authored another paper speaking about the Confidentiality and Privacy issues of Electronic Fund Transfer and Case comment on Speedy trial unsaid aspects of Article 21. These are some of my research works and I�m looking forward to contribute more to the society with help of my literary works as the best way to reach to larger crowd is by translating your thoughts into written work and this just helps the world.
