Y name is Aditie Sinha and I am a Third year learner at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. I am pursuing the BBA-LLB programme and expect to graduate by 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree. Born in Patna, Bihar, I have travelled a large number of metropolitan and non-metropolitan cities in and around the country; currently residing in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Belonging to a family of practicing Lawyers, a significant portion of my adolescent years were spent amongst my extended family, which instigated and inspired me to pursue my career in Law.

Even in school, I was intrigued and interested in studying the Social sciences and began studying Law along with Humanities in my High School. In fact, I managed to score 96.2% in the Class 12th Board Examination along with the highest score in Law at High School level. As of now, I have a huge inclination towards studying Intellectual Property Laws and want to pursue a career in the same, as an IPR Lawyer.

I am an avid reader and find tranquillity and harmony in reading novels. In fact, reading, as a recreation activity has contributed largely to my ability to focalize for longer duration which has in turn contributed to my research skills. As a matter of fact, I am currently a Student Researcher in a Research Project undertaken by my University in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry young Indians (CII Yi), namely, "Project Masoom".

Project Masoom is a Socio-Legal Study on 'Rehabilitation of Victims of Child Sexual Abuse in the State of Uttar Pradesh'. The study endeavours to examine provisions of the Criminal Justice System in India and their implementation with regard to cases of child sexual abuse with emphasis on role of various stakeholders in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Along with my aim to become an Intellectual Property Rights Lawyer, I also aim to work Pro Bono to advance help and assistance to the people in need.
