I am a newly enrolled advocate who is very detail oriented and keen in Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshaya Adhiniyam and other criminal codes. I am actively involved in preparing end-to-end cases, preparing complaints, filing bail and discharge applications, preparing appeals and revisions, and training on trial simulations. I am developing my research abilities, assessing evidence, strategizing witness presentations, and orienting my faculty lecturers, prior to mock Magistrate, Sessions, and High Court hearings. I am also developing knowledge about the IT Act, Digital Personal Data Protection framework, cyber-crime legislation, and digital forensics, which I acquired by examining the charge sheets and using electronic evidence in my academic projects. My focus is on advocacy that is based on research, adherence to ethical principles, and the implementation of technological solutions into the sphere of criminal law.
