Advocate Srinivas M.K. is a distinguished and multifaceted professional with rich experience spanning law, science, insurance, education, and literary writing. Born on 1st February 1965 in Mysuru, Karnataka, he is widely recognized for his creativity, versatility, and technological proficiency. An academic achiever, he earned gold medals in both B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Mysore. He later pursued law, obtaining an LL.B. from Sarada Vilas Law College (affiliated with Karnataka State Law University) and an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from the University of Mysore, where he graduated with distinction (CGPA 8.08) and received five gold medals and three cash prizes for his outstanding academic performance. Professionally, Advocate Srinivas had a long and successful career with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), where he served as Branch Manager and later as Principal of the Agents Training Centre, conducting and leading training programs across India. After retirement, he continues to serve as a consultant and trainer with leading insurance companies, including HDFC Life, SBI Life, and Kotak Life Insurance. He also holds the Associateship and Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. A prolific author, Advocate Srinivas has contributed extensively to national journals and magazines, including Competition Success Review and the Chartered Secretary magazine of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also an accomplished poet in both Kannada and Hindi, with his poems published in reputed literary journals across India. His academic and professional interests include Constitutional Law and Cyber Law, both of which he studied as part of his LL.M. He frequently delivers seminars and lectures on contemporary legal perspectives. Beyond law, his pursuits include computer programming (with proficiency in Linux), literature, and chess, where he has earned recognition as a FIDE-rated player. Fluent in six languages—Kannada (mother tongue), English, Hindi, Telugu, Sanskrit, and Marathi—Advocate Srinivas is admired for his articulate communication and intellectual depth.
