Rajinder Goyal
I was born in a small village in Haryana in the year 1969 and was brought up there, with my initial schooling in the village school. Thereafter, I completed schooling in Chandigarh. I did my B.SC(Non-Medical) & LL.B from Panjab University, Chandigarh, LLM from MUIT and have been awarded certificate of Qualification by Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Initially, I started my practice in Civil Courts at Kaithal and thereafter shifted my practice to Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. Besides that, I have conducted a number of cases not only in the Supreme Court of India but also various courts in India and have argued cases related to almost every sphere of law, including Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Rent, Banking, labor, Service matter etc. I was appointed as Additional Advocate General, Punjab in the year 2012 and remained as such till the ear 2017. I am also on the panel of Advocates for various Multi National Companies, Boards, Corporations, Banks . I have written various Articles on important issues like Adverse Possession, Analysis of Criminal Jurisprudence, Boundary Disputes & Its Resolution, Joint Hindu Family,Ancestral & Coparcenery property and have participated in various Webinars and debates concerning legal topics. I am practicing Advocate in Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh since the year 1992.
