MITISHA KOTECHA

I am <b>Mitisha Santosh Kotecha</b>, I am pursuing my LLM degree from Symbiosis, Nagpur. I have completed by BA LLB. I have done my schooling as well as my graduation from Nagpur where I belong. My hobby is singing, dancing, travelling. I am a diligent and an outgoing person. I have interned in the fields of civil cases, family court cases and corporate cases. I have a keen interest in the litigation.<br> <br> I have an experience of the working of the court and the office culture. I have published research papers and participated in all the competitions like debate, essay writing, client counselling, moot court. I have secured first division in all the 10 semesters in my BA LLB. I have also participated in various extra-curricular activities along with the academic learning I have participated in dance competitions and sports activities at college whereby I have secured 2nd position in Dance Competition at college festival <b>Anugoonj</b>.<br> <br> In my college I have been a member of the Legal Knowledge Club committee of college for consecutive 2 years which is the committee of the college. I have also been the Member of All India Reporter Active Club and have secured 2nd position in moot court competition by A.I.R along with it I have organised and hosted events as a core committee member like seminars, workshops, guest lectures.<br> <br> Secured 6th position amongst 20 teams as a speaker in Law Vision, Nagpur. Secured 4th rank in Intra collegiate Moot Court Competition, 2019. I have also been a member of the parliamentary debate arranged by the college as a labour and employment minister on the <b>Protection of rights of LGBTQ committee</b> in India. I am working on my webpage as <b>LAWgic Wits.</b> I like to explore new areas and new fields of study in law as it is a never ending subject and you are in a position to understand as to how a country actually functions.
