Regarding the most popular addiction about the drugs, consumption of alcohol and excessive smoking like HOOKAH either flavoured or non flavoured.

They feel like doing illegal and doing parties involving in the wrongfull mates or collegues are cool in the genz tounge.

Actually the problem problem is with thier mindset. They think doing illegal things casually is cool and they are so stressed in the race of following trends and all.

One more problem with law and the implimentation of the law considering the thought of the drugs as we know that under section 24 “OFFENCE REQUIRING A PARTICULAR INTENT OR KNOWLEDGE COMMITTED BY ONE WHO IS INTOXICATED” which means says that if you are intoxicated and you committed a crime then your intention mens ria will be seen ; did you aware about your act or not?

My thougt is clear here is legislation should check on the execution of law and need some kind but major changes in these law and need a strict rule and make sure no future of kid should go in vain like this like todays.
