A bit unique among the lawyers in the sense that I joined the legal profession after a rich 6+ years of corporate experience in the field of human resources working with multinational organizations. I hold good experience and exposure so as to be able to understand the working of an organization and currently helping startups and MSMEs in mitigating the risk associated with their business & other related corporate services. With the diverse exposure & ardent interest in the field of law, currently, I am working on Technology laws, Data Privacy/Security regulations & assessments, IPR, corporate policy & compliances, contract management & legal design. I also have experience in civil & criminal litigations along with NCLT, RERA & Income Tax related matters.
