| kumar: I had a horrible married life, starting from Jan 2000 to Feb 2007, after which i am separately living. My wife is very much venomous, horrible and gruesome character. She has stabbed me 4 - 5 times in my back, hand etc. and has bitten me several times, whenever i donot agree with her in some important decisions. After pleading her on many occasions not to behave with such rutheless manner, since i have a sone aged 7 years, i finally lodged a police complaint and thereafter living separately. My problem now is that she has filed a 498 A against me and my aged parents after my first complaint. Later we got it stayed in High court. Since i am now living seprately from her for more than one year and my son being with her, how can i approach for legal separation.
